ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Abstracts MUST be submitted via the online submission system by July 20, 2022.

When submitting your abstract, consider and choose first the specific session in which you wish to have your abstract allocated in.

Authors can choose from the following presentation types: oral, poster or no preference while submitting the abstract. The Scientific Organizing Committee will endeavor to schedule abstracts according to author’s preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
All submissions will be subjected to peer review organized by Scientific Organizing Committee with reviewers based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality and clarity. Note that the Scientific Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide on the final assignment upon the abstract evaluation.
Abstracts can be revised any time until the deadline of July 20, 2022, through the abstract submission system. Note that a non-refundable processing fee of 40 Euro is required for each abstract submission.
Abstracts received after the deadline cannot be accepted and therefore will not be considered for the scientific program or publication in the conference proceedings.
The acceptance/rejection of the abstract will be announced to authors via e-mail by July 30, 2022.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published online in the REFAG 2022 Abstract Book.

The abstract title is limited to 300 characters and the abstract text is limited to 2000 characters (include spacing).
All abstracts must be written in English.
Submitter must clearly indicate the presenting author and can include up to 15 co-authors or eventually a group of authors (et al., or team name).
